Chapter 4.84 BODY PIERCING REGULATIONS
Section 4.84.200 Applicability of ordinance to existing businesses and artists.
All existing body piercing businesses and artists are hereby granted a de facto temporary
license or permit
to continue operation for a period of ninety days following the effective date of this ordinance. By
the end
of said ninety days, all body piercing businesses and artists must conform to and abide by the requirements
of this chapter.
