Chapter 5.20 SOLID WASTE
Section 5.20.010 Boundaries of sanitary district.
There is established within the city a sanitary district, composed of all the property situated
within the city limits subject to tax for municipal purposes, for the collection and disposal of
solid waste materials as may become dangerous to the public health or detrimental to the best
interests of the community. The city manager shall designate the department primarily
