Section 5.20.056 Enforcement.

The city manager shall designate the department primarily responsible for processing complaints and enforcing sections of this chapter, dealing with maintaining premises and with the accumulation of solid waste materials and yard waste on premises. (Ord. 99-7409, 94/U-2559, 91/T-9521)
