Section 5.20.133 Salvaging and scavenging.
1.
It shall be unlawful for any person to scavenge or salvage materials at a city owned or operated
disposal facility.
2. It is unlawful for any person to scavenge or salvage materials from any solid
waste materials container,
whether on private property or set out on public property for pick up, without the express consent of
the
