Section 5.20.170 License Fee.

1. The payment of the monthly charge or fee, or the crediting of the credit, as provided in Section 5.20.160 shall be mandatory except for service omitted as provided in Section 5.20.080, or unless the owner is licensed and permitted by the city to dispose of solid waste materials or yard waste by hauling same themselves over the city streets and to the designated landfills.

2. The cost of such license shall be thirty-five dollars per year, payable in advance. (Ord. 94/U-2559, 91/T-9521)
