Section 5.20.175 Recycling Center charges.

At the city’s recycling center, is shall be unlawful to deposit any material without paying in advance the appropriate fees set forth herein. The fee for depositing recyclable materials at the city’s recycling center shall be $20.00 per ton. The city manager is authorized to execute agreements with individuals and other political subdivisions to provide for the acceptance of recyclable materials at the recycling center for the rates specified herein.
