Section 5.20.180 Assessment of unpaid charges.

The collection of solid waste materials and yard waste as provided by this chapter is declared a benefit to the property so served, and in case of failure to pay the monthly fee or any special collection fees when billed, as heretofore provided, then the charges and fees shall be assessed against the property benefited in the manner provided by law.
