Section 5.24.040 Quarries, ponds and pools.

No person shall dump or permit the dumping of any rubble in any quarry, pond or pool in the city unless same is operated as a private landfill in accordance with this chapter. Quarries, ponds and pools operated as private landfills may accept for deposit only rubble and the dumping of garbage in any quarry, pond or pool's prohibited. (Ord. S-20844, 1972)
