Section 5.24.050 Disposal of garbage and yard waste.

The dumping of garbage on any parcel or parcels of land is hereby prohibited unless operated by the city, or its agents as a sanitary landfill. The dumping of yard waste on any parcel or parcels of land is hereby prohibited unless operated by the city, or a licensed private composting operation. (Ord. 99-7409, S-20844, 1972)
