Section 5.24.060 Dumping prohibited.

From and after the effective date of the ordinance codified herein, no person shall deposit or dump any rubble on any property without the consent of the owner, lessee, or occupant, or on any private landfill in the city not operated under permit, as herein provided. Each private landfill shall display a prominent sign containing the words "Private Landfill, operated under Permit No......, issued by the City Manager of the City of Sioux City, Iowa." (Ord.
