Chapter 5.24 PRIVATE DUMPS
Section 5.24.070 Revocation.
Whenever the city manager shall have reason to believe that the holder of any permit as herein provided
has
violated any of the provisions of this chapter, or any of the statutes of the state pertaining to the
operation of
such private landfills or whenever the city manager finds or has reason to believe that the operation
of such
landfill constitutes a nuisance or a menace to the health, safety or welfare of the city, any permit
granted as
herein provided may be revoked without notice or hearing. (Ord. S-20844, 1972)
