Section 5.24.090 Penalty for Violations.

Any person or persons, firm or corporation, violating any of the provisions of this chapter or who shall neglect or fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof is guilty of municipal infraction and upon conviction shall be punished according to the following schedule:

SCHEDULE OF CIVIL PENALTIES

First Violation - A fine of at least $100.00 but not to exceed $500.00.

Second Violation - A fine of at least $100.00 but not to exceed $750.00.

Third and Subsequent Violations - A fine of at least $200.00 but not to exceed $750.00.
