Chapter 5.24 PRIVATE DUMPS
Section 5.24.120 Compliance allowed.
From and after the effective date of the ordinance codified herein, any owner, lessee, or occupant of
land on
which exists a private dump shall have a period of sixty days to remove all refuse therefrom or cover
all
refuse with a layer of dirt not less than three feet in thickness. (Ord. S-20844, 1972)
