Section 5.36.030 Nuisance.
The storage of junked motor vehicles within the corporate limits of the city, unless excepted by Section
5.36.060 constitutes a threat to the public health and safety of the citizens of Sioux City, Iowa and
is a
public nuisance and said storage is unlawful. (Ord. 87/T-5676)
