Section 5.36.070 Penalty for Violations.

Any person or persons, firm or corporation, violating any of the provisions of this chapter or who shall neglect or fail to comply with any of the requirements thereof is guilty of a municipal infraction and upon conviction shall be punished according the provisions of Section 1.04.100.
