Section 5.48.010 Purpose.

In order to reduce the danger to public health, safety, and welfare from hazardous conditions and/or substances, these regulations are promulgated to establish responsibility for the removal and clean up of any spills within the city limits and to require reimbursement to the city for any clean up costs it may incur.
