Section 5.48.020 Definitions.

For the purpose of this chapter these words shall have the following meanings:

1. Section 455B.381 of the Code of Iowa is adopted by reference.

2. "Authorized person" means the Chief of the Sioux City Fire Department or his duly appointed designee. (Ord. 96/U-4124, 83/T-1645)
