Section 5.48.040 Penalty.

Any person, firm or corporation who fails to comply with the requirements of this chapter shall be guilty of a simple misdemeanor. Each day that a hazardous condition is allowed to exist after the deadline set out in the notice of clean up given to the persons responsible shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 83/T-1645)
