Chapter 7.03 ANIMAL CONTROL
Section 7.03.113 Trapping of animals.
1. The owner or person or entity in lawful possession and control of any premises
may utilize live traps to
apprehend animals on any premises, regardless of the zone, if such animals constitute a nuisance due
to the
destruction of property, and if the method and location of such trapping is approved by the city manager,
his/her designee, or the poundmaster.
2. Live traps may be rented from the animal control unit, if allowed by the
poundmaster. The fees for
renting traps shall be as provided in the prevailing schedule of fees adopted by the city council.
