Section 7.04.130 Rabies - Report of condition.

It shall be the duty of the owner or agent, after the dog, cat or other domesticated animal is placed under quarantine, to report at once to the health officer who has placed the animal under quarantine any noticeable change in the physical condition of such animal, and to notify him at once in the event that such animal should die.
