Section 7.06.015 Application for permit.

Any person desiring a permit under this chapter shall make written application therefore to the department upon a form prepared by the city, which application shall describe the real estate upon which it is desired to keep any animals and shall require the giving of such information by the applicant as the department may desire. Such application shall contain a statement by the applicant that he will "at all times keep such animals in accordance with all conditions prescribed by the department and failure to obey such conditions shall be a violation of this chapter and shall be cause for revocation of the permit.” The application fee for a new permit shall be sixty-five dollars ($65.00) which shall be paid at the time of the submission of the application.
