Every permit shall be subject to revocation for any violation of the provisions of this chapter or of any other pertinent ordinance of the city, or of any statute or regulation of the state of Iowa pertaining hereto. Notice of such revocation shall be given in writing, delivered personally or by regular mail to the holder of such permit.  (Ord. 82/T-1235)
