A feeding station which shall comply with the requirements of this chapter shall be kept, provided and maintained within the enclosure or within any structure used or intended to be used for the keeping or housing of any animals or fowl. Such feeding stations shall be constructed and maintained in such a manner so as to make possible their being kept clean and in a sanitary condition at all times, and, so far as possible, they shall be constructed and maintained in such a way as to eliminate rodent infestation.  (Ord. 82/T-1235)
