Section 7.08.030 Other rules.

The manager of the parks and recreation division is hereby authorized to adopt and enforce, from time to time, such other rules and regulations governing the use of each dog park as such director may deem appropriate, provided that such rules and regulations shall first be approved by the city council and shall thereafter be posted at each entrance to each dog park.
