Section 7.08.040 Miscellaneous provisions.

1. Dog at large. A person who brings a dog into a dog park and complies in all respects with the provisions of this chapter, including any rules and regulations established under this chapter shall not be deemed to have permitted or allowed the dog to be at large within the City within the meaning of Chapters 7.01 and 7.03 of the municipal code.
