Chapter 8.08 DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Section 8.08.020 Disorderly structure.
The term "disorderly structure " means any structure or any room therein, or any
part of the premises
adjacent thereto, in or upon which occurs any disorderly conduct as defined in Section 8.08.010-1 through

or any of the following prohibited activities:
1. The open storage, use or consumption of a controlled substance as defined
in Chapter 124 of the Iowa
Code, under which possession of such substance would be an offense;
2. Gambling in violation of Chapter 99B of the Iowa Code;
3. Dispensing, selling, or consumption of an alcoholic beverage in violation
of Chapter 123 of the Iowa
Code;
4. Acts of prostitution, pimping, or pandering as defined in Chapter 725 of
the Iowa Code;
5. Engaging in a massage business without a license or any other illegal acts
as specified in Chapter
152C, Code of Iowa.
6.(a) Consumption of alcoholic beverages, beer or wine in a commercial structure
in violation of section
4.123.135.
(b) Allowing the presence of open containers of alcoholic
beverages, beer or wine in a commercial
structure in violation of section 4.123.135.
(c) For the purposes of this subsection a commercial
structure means any structure not used
exclusively as a dwelling unit.
