Section 8.08.030 Keeping a disorderly structure.

It is unlawful for any person to knowingly keep a disorderly structure as defined in section 8.08.020. For purposes of this section, "keep" means ownership or having the control of a structure or a room therein or any part of the adjacent premises. (Ord. 2006-0538, 85/T-3702; S-34769, 1978)
