Chapter 8.08 DISORDERLY CONDUCT
Section 8.08.080 Unlawful.
It is unlawful for any person to spit or expectorate on the floor, steps or platform of any street railway
car or
other public conveyance used for the purpose of conveying passengers in the city. It is also unlawful
for
any person to spit or expectorate on any steps, floors, corridors, hallways or walls of any theater,
church,
hall or other public building in the city, or upon any public sidewalk within the corporate limits of
the city.
