Chapter 8.16 INTOXICATING LIQUOR
Section 8.16.020 Prohibition - Penalty.
It is unlawful for any person to operate, conduct, cause, allow or suffer to be conducted or
operated a place where intoxicating liquor is illegally kept, sold or given away within the city.
Any violation of the provisions of this section shall be punished according to the provisions of
Section 1.04.100.
