Section 8.18.020 Use or possession.

It is unlawful for any person intentionally to smell or inhale toxic vapors for the purpose of causing a condition of euphoria, excitement, exhilaration, stupefaction or dulled senses or nervous system, or to possess, buy or use any such substance or a product containing such a substance for the purpose of violating or aiding another to violate this section.
