Section 8.18.040 Sale prohibited.

    1. It is unlawful for any person, except a person who is at the time of such sale actually employed by or engaged in operating a bona fide commercial establishment at a fixed location, to sell to any other person any substance or products containing substances which release toxic vapors, and all sales of such substances or products not made in or from such an establishment shall be unlawful.
    2. It is unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale, deliver or give away to any other person any substance or product containing a substance releasing toxic vapors, where the seller, offerer, deliverer or donor knows or has reasonable cause to believe that such substance or product will be used for the purpose of inducing a condition of euphoria, excitement, exhilaration, stupefaction or dulled senses or nervous system.
    3. It is unlawful for any person, to sell, give, deliver or furnish paint in an aerosol spray can or glue to any minor, if the product contains a substance releasing toxic vapors, without the personal or written consent of a parent, guardian or other person having the legal care or custody of such minor except that one tube of glue may be sold simultaneously with the sale and deliver of a hobby or model kit.  (Ord. 84/T-2641)
