Section 8.18.050 Exceptions.

This section shall not apply to the inhalation of anesthesia for medical or dental purposes when administered by or under the direction of a licensed physician or dentist; nor to the use of any medicine when taken in accordance with the manufacturer's directions or licensed physician's or dentist's instructions.
