Section 8.24.100 Handbills, signs, etc.-Placing on automobiles.

It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to paste, post, paint or cause to be pasted, posted or painted any handbills, signs, posters, advertisements or notices of any kind on any automobile or under the windshield wiper of any automobile without first having secured permission from the owner thereof.
