Section 8.24.130 Litter-covered receptacles required.

All persons, firms or corporations who have occasion to deposit litter of any kind or description shall so deposit such litter upon their premises in covered receptacles in such a manner that the litter cannot be blown or carried onto streets and alleys by the wind. (Ord. 2002-0458)
