Section 8.24.140 Litter-Evidence of violation.

For the purposes of Sections 8.24.110 and 8.24.130, it shall only be necessary to prove the place or location from which any litter has been carried onto the streets or alleys. The owners of the premises or the person in control of the premises from which said litter has been blown or from which said litter has been carried onto the streets and alleys by the wind shall, upon such proof, be deemed guilty of having violated the provisions of Sections 8.24.110 and 8.24.130.
