Chapter 8.24 OFFENSES RELATING TO PROPERTY
Section 8.24.145 Definitions.
For the purposes of Section 8.24.110 through 8.24.140, the terms “ discard” and “
litter” shall be defined
as follows:
1. “ Discard” means to place, cause to be placed, throw, deposit
or drop.
2. “ Litter” means any garbage, rubbish, trash, refuse, waste
materials or debris including, but not limited
to, loose papers, fruit peels, cigarette butts and beverage containers. (Ord. 2002-0458)
