Section 8.24.150 Penalty for violation of 8.24.070-8.24.140.

Any person, firm or corporation who violates Section 8.24.070 through Section 8.24.140 is guilty of a simple misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of at least $100 but not exceeding the sum of $500 and/or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. (Ord. 2002-0458)
