Section 8.24.170 Knowingly discharging liquids onto sidewalk.

No person, firm or corporation occupying real property within the corporate limits of the city, shall knowingly throw or discharge any liquid substances from such property upon, over or across the surface of any public sidewalk within the limits of the city, nor knowingly permit any water or liquids to flow from such premises upon or across the surface of any public sidewalk.
