Chapter 8.24 OFFENSES RELATING TO PROPERTY
Section 8.24.180 Sidewalk defined.
That part of any street or alley intersecting with any other street or alley
and commonly used
by pedestrians shall, for the purpose of Sections 8.24.160 through 8.24.190 be deemed a part of
the sidewalk.
