Section 8.24.190 Separate offenses-Liquids on sidewalk.

Each day that any real property within the limits of Sioux City shall, by the owner, occupant or person in control thereof, be permitted to remain or exist, contrary to the provisions of Sections 8.24.160 through 8.24.190, shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
