Section 8.24.240 Objects obstructing sidewalks.

No person shall place or deposit upon any sidewalk or street any box, crate, goods, wares, merchandise, timber, coal, wood, brick or stone or other substance or material, except in receiving or delivering such goods, in which case they shall not obstruct the whole of the street or walk, nor allow the same to remain upon such street or sidewalk longer than twelve hours, except as provided in cases of the erection of buildings.
