Chapter 8.24 OFFENSES RELATING TO PROPERTY
Section 8.24.250 Street sales.
No person shall place upon or cause to be placed upon any sidewalk in the limits
of the city
any goods, wares, or merchandise, for sale or for show, nor suspend the same within eight feet of
the sidewalk, except where the same may be temporarily permitted and licensed from time to
time under the ordinance regulating and licensing designated vocations.
