Section 8.24.260 Fire department barricades.

    No person shall break through any barricades, ropes, guards, or other obstructions across a street, alley, right-of-way, or private property near the location of a fire or emergency that may be established by the Fire Chief or other authorized officer of the Fire Department for the purpose of enabling the firefighters to more efficiently perform their duties; nor shall any person run over or attempt to run over the hose of the Fire Department at a fire or emergency with any motor vehicle.  (Ord. 89/T-7598)
