Section 8.24.270 Interfering with fire department.

No person shall willfully or carelessly obstruct or impede, or otherwise interfere with the progress or working of any fire truck or other apparatus of the Fire Department while the same is going to or remaining at a fire or emergency; nor shall any person disobey a peace officer in charge of traffic or crowd control at the fire or emergency scene and said peace officer shall not be prohibited from performing the duties of a peace officer.
