Section 8.24.290 Hauling regulations.

No person shall haul or convey or cause to be hauled and conveyed, any earth, sand, gravel, crushed rock, paving material, grain, fertilizer, chemicals, hay, straw, manure, trees, branches, leaves, paper, cardboard, rubbish, garbage, waste material of any kind, or any materials of a like nature on or in any vehicle, through, along or across any street, alley, public highway or ground within the corporate limits unless the same is securely fastened, covered by tarpaulin, enclosed in a tight receptacle, or otherwise enclosed or secured so as to prevent the spilling, dropping, blowing or falling of said substances upon public property.
