Chapter 8.24 OFFENSES RELATING TO PROPERTY
Section 8.24.300 Excavations.
No person, firm or corporation shall dig or excavate, or cause to be dug or
excavated, any part
of any street, alley or public ground for any purpose, without permission from the city council or
from some person having authority to permit such digging or excavating.
