Section 8.24.350 Discarding material in Perry Creek.

No person shall discard, place or cause to be discarded or placed, into the channel or bed of Perry Creek, within the limits of the city, any material or structure of any kind or nature; nor shall any structures or materials be placed on and extending beyond the top of the bank of the creek toward the other side thereof. The provisions of this section shall not apply to any project operating pursuant to a permit from either the U.S. Army Corps. of Engineers or the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. Violations of this section are municipal infractions. (Ord. 91/T-10238)
