Section 8.24.370 Abandoned or unattended refrigerators or containers.

It is unlawful for any person to abandon or otherwise leave unattended and accessible to children any refrigerator, freezer, stove, dishwasher or similar household appliance with doors that may be opened or closed; or to allow any such abandoned or unattended container to remain accessible to children on property which is in the person's possession or control.
