Chapter 8.24 OFFENSES RELATING TO PROPERTY

Every person who shall take from the public library, or any of the branches thereof, any books, pamphlets, periodicals, paper or other property, except in accordance with the rules of such library, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

Any person found guilty of violating this section shall be fined in a sum not less than five dollars, nor more than one hundred dollars. (Ord. R-10464, 1960)
