Section 8.24.410 Public library - Failure to return material.

Every person who shall take or borrow from the public library, or any of its branches, any book, pamphlet, periodical, paper or other property and neglect to return the same within two weeks from the date of mailing a notice to his address shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

Anyone found guilty of violating this section shall be fined in an amount not to exceed twenty-five dollars. (Ord. R-10465, 1960)
